2. Visiting the website

When you visit this website, the hosting provider processes technically necessary connection data, including your IP address, access time, requested address, browser and device information. This ensures secure and reliable operation on the basis of Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR. Log data is retained only for as long as required for operation and security.

3. Aggregate traffic, downloads and likes

Opeers stores aggregate page-view, visitor, download and like counts to understand site use and identify popular wallpapers. A random, technically necessary identifier is stored for up to one year to count returning devices and prevent repeated likes. It is not used for advertising, cross-site tracking or user profiling. No user account is required.

4. TikTok integration

When a TikTok connection is explicitly initiated, users are redirected to TikTok. TikTok processes data under its own privacy policy. Opeers uses authorized permissions solely to upload or publish wallpaper content to the connected Opeers TikTok account. Opeers never asks users for their TikTok credentials.

5. Google AdSense advertising

Opeers uses Google AdSense, a service provided by Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland, to display advertising. Depending on your consent and location, Google and its advertising partners may process device and browser information, IP addresses, consent signals and interactions with advertisements. Advertising may be personalized when you consent or non-personalized where available. More information is available in the Google Privacy Policy.

6. Consent management and cookies

For visitors in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom and Switzerland, Opeers uses Google's certified Consent Management Platform. Optional advertising storage and related processing are activated only in accordance with the choice shown in the consent message. The legal basis for consent-based processing is Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR. Technically necessary storage and security processing may be based on Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR.

7. Change or withdraw your choice

You can review, change or withdraw your advertising consent at any time by selecting “Privacy & cookie settings” at the bottom of the website. Withdrawing consent does not affect processing that occurred before the withdrawal.

8. International data transfers

Google may process data outside the European Economic Area. Where required, Google states that appropriate safeguards are used for international transfers. Details are provided in Google's privacy information.

9. Your rights

Under the GDPR, you may have rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, data portability, withdrawal of consent and objection. You may also lodge a complaint with a data protection authority.
