These terms apply to Opeers Wallpapers, provided by Alexander Müller, Straßburgerstr. 5, 77704 Oberkirch, Germany.

2. Service

Opeers provides digital wallpapers for download. The collection may be expanded, changed or discontinued. Individual designs are not guaranteed to remain permanently available.

3. Permitted use

Unless stated otherwise for an individual wallpaper, downloads may be used privately as backgrounds on your own devices. Sale, redistribution, public hosting, editing for resale or use as your own brand logo is prohibited.

4. AI-generated content

Wallpapers may be created with generative AI and then processed automatically and reviewed editorially. Despite quality checks, deviations or similarities cannot be ruled out completely. Please report concerns to support@opeers.com.

5. Availability and liability

Use is at your own responsibility to the extent permitted by law. Liability for intent, gross negligence and injury to life, body or health remains unaffected.

6. Final provisions

German law applies. Mandatory consumer-protection provisions remain unaffected.
