Treat other people with respect. Harassment, discrimination, hate speech, threats, bullying and unwanted sexual communication have no place on Opeers.
Respect privacy
Do not publish other people's private data, exact locations, images or messages without their consent. Do not attempt to bypass privacy or visibility settings.
Meet safely
Meet new people in public places first, tell someone you trust, and leave if you feel uncomfortable. Do not share sensitive information too quickly.
Authentic and permitted content
Use an authentic profile and upload only content that you own or may legally use. Illegal, misleading, violence-glorifying or explicit content, spam and unauthorised advertising are prohibited.
Moments and activities
Map moments and activities should enable current, helpful and safe interactions. Do not mark private property as a public meeting point or publish dangerous or prohibited activities.
Report and block
Use “Report” when content or behaviour violates these rules, and “Block” when you do not want contact. Abusive reports are also prohibited.
Consequences
Depending on severity, content may be removed, features restricted, or accounts temporarily or permanently suspended. Immediate threats should be reported to the appropriate authorities.
