This English translation is provided for convenience. In case of discrepancies, the German version applies.
1. Scope
These terms apply to use of the Opeers app and related web services. The provider is Alexander Müller, Opeers. Contact: support@opeers.com.
2. Minimum age and account
Opeers is exclusively for people aged 18 and over. Registration details must be accurate. Login credentials must be kept confidential and accounts may not be transferred without consent.
3. Location-based features
Location sharing and map visibility are optional. Map positions may be technically inaccurate and must not be used for emergencies, navigation or safety-critical decisions. You are responsible for meetings with other people.
4. Content and rights
You retain your rights to uploaded content. You grant Opeers the non-exclusive rights technically necessary to store, process and display it according to your visibility settings. You may upload only content for which you hold the necessary rights.
5. Prohibited use
Prohibited conduct includes harassment, threats, hate speech, fraud, impersonation, stalking, sexual content without consent, content involving minors in an inappropriate context, illegal content, spam, and bypassing safety or visibility settings.
6. Moderation
Content and accounts may be reported, reviewed, restricted, removed or suspended when rules or laws are violated. In an immediate emergency, contact the police or emergency services; Opeers is not an emergency service.
7. Availability
We strive to provide a reliable service but cannot guarantee uninterrupted or error-free availability. Features may be adjusted for safety, maintenance or legal reasons.
8. Termination and deletion
You can delete your account at any time through Settings. We may restrict or terminate accounts for serious or repeated violations.
9. Liability
Statutory liability rules apply. For slightly negligent breaches, we are liable only for breaches of essential contractual obligations and only up to the foreseeable typical damage, to the extent permitted by law.
